Here are some of the people you'll meet at Crombie!

Tracy Naugler

Analyst, Portfolio Management

Tracy is Coordinator of Corporate Realty Tax, where she works closely with a growing team in a department that is far more fun than the title suggests. Passionate and dedicated to her team, Tracy is constantly looking to learn new skills – right now she’s a part-time Business Administration student at NSCC – something that makes her a great fit for Crombie.

Outside of work, Tracy spends her time hunting for sea glass, sand dollars, and ghosts (she’s a member of Paranormal Investigations Nova Scotia).

Adam Cochrane

Environmental Manager

As Crombie’s Environmental Manager, Adam is responsible for environmental issues for properties across Canada, including contaminated sites management, hazardous building materials management, and reporting on company-wide environmental sustainability initiatives. His work to protect the health and safety of everyone who visits a Crombie property is a key part of Crombie’s responsible corporate citizenship.

Adam chose to work at Crombie because of the company’s culture of giving back, and the opportunity to work on a national scale. When he’s not leading corporate ‘green’ initiatives, Adam can be found sitting on the council of the Nova Scotia Institute of Agrologists or kicking back on the beach with his family.

Karen Charlton

Manager, External Reporting

Karen joined Crombie over 30 years ago, holding progressive property and investment property accounting roles, and now manages the external reporting team. Throughout her tenure, she's been involved in special projects including the IPO accounting in 2006 when Crombie became a REIT and our conversion to Yardi, a property management and accounting software.

Karen describes herself as dependable, honest, and loyal, and begins each day with gratitude. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors in nature, practicing yoga, and reading.

Lesley Bowes

Manager, Recoveries & Analytics

Lesley joined our team in 2012 and has held several progressive roles within the Crombie organization. She holds an important role of supporting the Crombie Values Small Business (CVSB) program, which was developed to help Crombie’s tenants that would be most impacted by the lockdowns due to COVID-19.

In her free time, Lesley likes to crochet, bake for Crombie teammates, and host friends and family.

Beth Robicheau

Manager, Estimating

Beth has always had a strong passion for the construction industry and came to Crombie with several years of estimating experience. At Crombie, Beth collaborates with our development, construction, and leasing teams to create construction budgets for retail and commercial leases, and developments throughout Central and Atlantic Canada.

When she’s not working, Beth can be found camping in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia with friends and family, and completing outdoor garden renos.

Jody Haynes

Property Manager

Jody describes herself as approachable, an active learner, and an over-achiever. She has an immense passion for learning, researching, and acquiring knowledge! Jody is currently enrolled in a Real Property Administrator designation program and will pursue additional designations and certifications in the years to come.

In her leisure time, Jody can be found cycling, gardening, and crafting. Jody's personal mantra is the golden rule, the principle of treating others as you want to be treated.

Ray Zhang

Senior Director, Market Strategies & Analytics

At Crombie, Ray works to leverage GIS technology and spatial analytics to provide research that enhances our property acquisition and disposition strategy, and strengthens our portfolio composition and tenant mix.

Ray describes himself as passionate, analytical, and determined, and enjoys using data to solve business problems. His personal mantra is that life is a journey, not a competition, and we should all enjoy it while learning a few things along the way.

Donna Vincent

General Manager, Avalon Mall

Donna has many years experience in the shopping centre industry and has been with Crombie since 2014. As General Manager of Avalon Mall, Donna manages a team of 50+ employees. Together, they keep the mall running at optimum efficiency and ensure smooth operations for 140 shops and services.

Donna describes herself as determined, hard working, and positive, and believes there is always a solution to every opportunity and challenge. In her leisure time, she enjoys being with family, especially near the ocean, hiking or walking, as long as her feet are in the sand.
